A few years ago, I participated in a class to learn the art of Barn Quilting. From that class I was intrigued by the many patterns, colours and sizes of Barn Quilts.
I decided then and there that I had found my artistic side and started creating my own. I’ve spent many hours teaching the craft to others and receive much joy from the participants. It is so rewarding to see their unique Barn Quilt come to life as we work through the
process.
I joined the Saugeen Artists Guild in 2023 and have been inspired by all the other artists within the Guild. Each member brings their own talent and their dedication to their particular craft is exciting to witness.
Barn Quilt Trails are all across Canada and the US and I love that we’re seeing many more here in our own communities in the Grey Bruce area.
