The Saugeen Artists Guild has been an active group of artists in the Saugeen Watershed area since 2008, and a not-for-profit organization since 2018. Our vision is to establish an inclusive environment in the Saugeen Watershed community where people of all diversities can experience and value the arts. Our Artists’ handmade inventory currently includes paintings (watercolour, acrylic, oil, and pastel), jewelry, pottery, glass and woodworking.
One way we support the arts community is by fostering growth and development in emerging artists. The Saugeen Artists Guild is pleased to offer this $200 bursary to students pursuing a career in an arts related field. We see artistic value in a wide range of fields including, but not limited to, fine arts, graphic design, photography, sculpture, fashion design, illustration, advertising and more.
